The Evil of New York’s Proposal 1! Vote NO!

Proposal 1 coming up for vote in New York is evil. It’s an attack on religious freedom. Many people in the past came to this country to escape religious persecution — to avoid having to choose between their lives and God. One of the major components of the US Constitution is protecting citizens from having to make that choice. Proposal 1 aims to replace a real Constitutional right (freedom of religion) with new rights based on their woke pseudo-religion. The woke aren’t content with their own free will. They are bent on forcing their will on others under penalty of law, if need be. The woke don’t respect other people’s religious beliefs. If you don’t agree with wokeism, you will be made to pay. Don’t want to kill an unborn child? Too bad, no exceptions, according to Kamala Harris. Don’t want your child groomed for pedophilia? Physically mutilated in the name of gender identity politics? Too bad. The children don’t have to have to have their parent’s consent, nor do the parents have the right to know. So after the children are brainwashed by perverted adults, they can be easily conditioned to be exploited by them.

The states think they own your children. In fact, they already think they own everyone who resides in those states. And they want to own everyone in the country, too.

I’ve become convinced it’s not okay to abandon dissenters in woke states to woke tyranny — to woke people, who don’t respect other people’s free will and autonomy. What if residents in places like New York and California can’t just leave? They are fellow US citizens and their and their children’s Constitutional and God-given rights are being stripped away from them. Even more disturbing, what if the Dems take the presidency, the US House and Senate, and thereby pack the Supreme Court with woke justices? Then, they can rule against the states on every decision. Then, there will be nowhere for anyone in this country to run to. Then, we’ll all be in the same position as those in New York. I hope those trapped in New York are able to dodge this latest bid at total woke tyranny! I hope all Christian and Jewish people pray and vote and conscientious objectors vote against this latest attack against our freedom. Vote Republican down the ballot! And if you live in New York vote “NO” to Proposal 1!

The Unthinkable

I have to wonder where this push that is being promoted by the WHO, the WEF, and the UN to sexualize children originally came from. Apparently, the idea that children are sexual beings stems from the writings of pedophiles from many years ago. But back then people had the sense not to talk about it publicly. What possible purpose does it serve to have children engage in sex acts before they can distinguish fantasy from reality on their own? When they are basically at the mercy of adults to tell them what reality is? And if the adults are lying to them, delusional, or invested in creating a reality they wish existed but doesn’t? What then? What happens to the children? I can’t even remember my life before the age of three. Now children are being groomed as babies for sexual exploitation. Plus, they are also now pushing for permanent physical and/or psychological changes to be made to these children.

In any event, I don’t believe the rush to sexualize children is for anyone’s benefit but the benefit of adult pedophiles. I don’t believe children are sexual beings, and I don’t see where children are benefited by forcing sexualization on them at an early age. Adults have enough trouble dealing with their sexuality. Linking the desperate need for love that a child has with the sexual exploitation tendency of a sexual predator is just a nauseating prospect to consider.

So, I think it’s important to consider the possibility that this whole movement of turning young boys into girls (which can’t be authentically done since human beings are not frogs) is really just a manipulation tool by a niche of pedophiles to create victims for themselves. There are a group of pedophiles whose preferred victims are boys who are made to pass as females then sexually exploited. So, it is very possible that the root of this phenomenon is merely an attempt by those perverts to gain access to America’s sons and use them as fodder for their perversions. And after these victims are exploited and emotionally destroyed, they will then throw these victims away when they age out of being attractive to them. To parents tempted to serve their children up to this horror show, at least consider the possibility that the narrative being pushed that the children want this is in fact a lie. And that these pedophiles are now merely sourcing the victims of their twisted predilections with our sons and daughter as they have been doing with children all over the world.

The Attack on Capitalism Is an Attack on Free Will

Free will is a mixed bag. Obviously some seriously destructive things come from it. And yet, I don’t see people willing to give it up. I’ve seen people willing to turn themselves over to sadists — get some high off of that — but that’s still that person’s choice, and it is a choice that can potentially be revisited if the sadist turns out to be less impressive than originally believed.

It may be because the masochist might change their mind that free will is something sadists are determined to strip away from people. In other words, it may be the desire of sadists to act out their fantasies on someone else without restraint and without consequence. It may also be arrogance — where they think they should be worshipped as false gods.

Our society is in the throws of a takeover of sadism. Having boundaries is evil. The free will of others is considered evil. It doesn’t matter if the tyranny results in a large death toll; it’s a worthwhile sacrifice because it destroys the free will of the masses. And that is a laudable goal in the minds of malignant narcissists and/or sadists.

The article, “The growing popularity of degrowth.” (Thompson, 2024) is an interview with the author Kohei Saito who wrote the book Slow Down. “Akielly Hu, Grist’s news and politics fellow, discussed the growing popularity of degrowth with Kohei Saito — a Marxist author whose 2020 degrowth manifesto quickly turned into a bestseller in Japan and beyond. (The English translation, called Slow Down, was just released last month.)” (Thompson, 2024) The article’s author, Claire Elise Thompson defines degrowth in this way, “If you like the idea of a perpetual three-day weekend, you might be one of a growing cadre that supports the concept of degrowth: a school of thought aimed at shrinking economies and moving away from GDP growth as a metric of success, while instead emphasizing universal basic services and social well-being.” (Thompson, 2024) In the article, Kohei Saito’s philosophy of slow growth is discussed. Kohei Saito’s belief system stems from Marxism. She describes this as a utopian prospect. First off, forced tyranny has usually been considered dystopian, not utopian. But Akielly Hu appears to be buying into a world where people are made happy by being given an extra day off a week. “Hu was also inspired by Looking Forward’s drabbles in writing the lede of her piece, which paints an image of a degrowth future: Imagine a world where you work three or four days a week. In your free time, you play sports, spend time with loved ones, garden, and engage with local politics. Overnight shipping, advertising, and private jets no longer exist, but health care, education, and clean electricity are free and available to all.” (Thompson, 2024)

Meanwhile, people would exchange any meaningful work for a job where you are just given a stipend in exchange for going through the motions. Only you won’t have to go through the motions for as many days a week. There would also be no discretionary income, no savings, no upward mobility. There will, I’m sure, be tight restrictions on what they allow you to buy. In fact, that is pretty much what Kohei Saito says, “‘But at the same time, we should start talking about the need to reduce the number of cars, for example, or industrial meat consumption, or frequency of flying. Maybe we should ban private jets. Maybe we should ban domestic short-distance flights because we can take trains. These things must be also prioritized.’ ” Kohei Saito continues, “‘The problem with the existing mainstream green capitalism discourse is they never talk about reducing our excessive consumption and production, because that’s not something capitalism can accept. For everyone to live a decent life on this planet, the Global North needs to give up what is unnecessary. That’s not something capitalism can do.’ ” (Thompson, 2024)

So meat is out, trips beyond a certain distance from your house are out, and I’m guessing medical care that prolongs your life will probably also be out since it not only adds to the price of socialized health care, it also causes an unnecessary carbon footprint. The article “Our pets are part of the climate problem. These tips can help you minimize their carbon pawprints.” by Kimberly Richardson states the following about unhealthy pets. Kimberly Richardson quotes Gudrun Ravetz with Vet Sustain as saying, “Avoiding animals with known health problems will reduce the need for veterinary intervention, which has a carbon footprint, and most importantly will reduce unnecessary suffering in terms of poor health and welfare.” (Richardson, 2022) I’m assuming the same would apply to human beings with health problems.

I suppose some people like the prospect of allowing someone else to make all their decisions for them — actually I know that those types of people exist. The global elite are trying to sell their total domination and control as a utopia where you are just taken care of — where you have no worries and are safe. But that world doesn’t exist in this life, and it’s certainly not going to be delivered by people with a depopulation agenda.

In the end, capitalism is the economic system that signifies free will. And just like free will, it can be destructive. The best solution would be a society of people who take personal responsibility for themselves and self-regulate. Then, hopefully, the good would outweigh the bad. But the people steering the ship aren’t interested in Christianity and desire to cut God out of the world. They want a society of people who will admire their narcissism and obey and worship them. But how do you accomplish both a narcissistic /sadistic bent in society while still having a society that won’t self-destruct: tyranny and social control. And tyranny and social control require a new economic state-controlled system such as communism or fascism.

By the way, an eerie thing happens when fascists say you can rest more. At the concentration camps in WWII they tricked people into the death line by promising the sick, the elderly, and the children a less arduous workload. Work won’t set you free, but it’s a bad sign when they no longer value your work. After all, how many ways do they have to show they don’t believe in the intrinsic value of human life? So it’s not good they no longer see us as useful to them at all.

One Extreme or Another — The Illegal Immigration Crisis

We need to have representatives that represent the people, not just bureaucrats that push forward their own agendas — constantly forcing the citizenry to engage in behavior against their free will by stacking these bureaucracies with fellow ideologues. They even prevent “We the People” from making even the barest of decisions on our own or from substantially influencing public policy. The laws enforced are about social control, not public safety. It’s become a system of favoritism, not of equal treatment. And yet, even the favorites can’t rely on being treated well from one moment to the next.

I remember when illegal migrants were being put up in fancy hotels. Apparently, those days are over. Sanctuary cities throughout the country are now evicting migrants from shelters after a set period of time. In a way, it makes sense. There should be an acknowledgement that this unrestricted migration can’t be sustained and that a city can’t afford to house a limitless homeless population. But because this is illegal immigration not legal immigration the structure and resources are just not there to smoothly transition people into an independent life. Once these people are evicted, what will happen to them? And once new people come in and find no support, what will happen to them? In other words, there isn’t enough condemnation of the open border policy itself coming from these sanctuary cities. You can’t simply kick people out on the streets and expect them to manage. How exactly do they think they’re going to get back to the border? Back to their countries of origin? And that’s assuming their countries of origin will take them back. Are the migrants even going to be allowed to cross back into Mexico and Canada? I’m not even sure the sanctuary cities want them to leave the United States, but they just don’t want to deal with the ones who aren’t fortunate enough to get adequate jobs and housing themselves. Their attitude appears to be to let someone else bear the cost; have other states and cities’ societal structures torn apart by the lack of preparation and the lack of structure you get from illegal immigration.

Meanwhile, it isn’t as though these migrants have been being treated well since the fancy hotel days. No, I don’t like the sense of entitlement I’ve seen. To my knowledge we’ve never had an immigration period where people came expecting to be taken care of. They used to want the opportunity for a better life, not to have that better life handed to them on the back of the people already living in the country. And still, it isn’t just the citizens of the United States who are suffering here; it’s also the migrants themselves. This is one of the most cynical, disrespectful things I’ve seen done in the name of humanity — encouraging people through demonstrations and promises of reward to debase themselves in order to come here. Where is the sanitation? And how are these people supposed to afford our inflated cost of living by taking on unskilled jobs when at least one of the reasons they were brought here was to drive down wages?

And the woke people who once upon a time, when they claimed to want the migrants in their cities, tried to feed us the line that these were refugees awaiting an answer to asylum requests. But I don’t see a refugee camp or even a recognizable crisis aside from the chaos created by the sheer number of homeless people they compelled to come here. No, these “refugees” are now being treated like intruders, not victims of a crisis. And they are being treated that way by the same people who encouraged them to come in the first place.

Still, this problem won’t be resolved by shoving people out onto the streets. We need to re-establish legal immigration. People need to be vetted before they are allowed to live here. And the free hotel stays and such to entice people to come here need to stop.

And we need to stop electing people who take all of our power of governance away from us, refuse to represent us, and then refuse to take responsibility for the fallout of their decisions.

Why Woke People Will Never Be Satisfied

On the soap opera, The Bold and the Beautiful, there is a character named Hope. She was reared with the adults around her buying into her fantasy life, largely shielding her from the disappointments of reality. Then, she grew up and, lo and behold, the greater reality didn’t match what she wanted it to be. Early on, she managed to find a man who was willing to playact that her reality was real. His reward seemed to be the childlike enthusiasm she would display when her admirers, including him, would present her with the façade they had created for her. Only Hope isn’t a child anymore. She also isn’t delusional. She is aware of reality; she just doesn’t accept it. She might act enthusiastic from time to time in order to manipulate those around her into letting her have her way — often at their own expense — but fundamentally, she is a bitter, angry person who will never be satisfied with the reality that actually exists. The reality she wants is one where her will triumphs over everyone else’s — where her thoughts and feelings matter more than anyone else’s do and everyone appreciates her the way she thinks she should be appreciated.

The similarity between the Hope character’s worldview and the woke worldview is that they want to and feel entitled to force compliance to their will on the rest of the world. They also want to and feel entitled to change reality to suit themselves.

The woke seem to believe that if they can get all people to buy in to their greatness then they’ll be happy. But people who expect total approval are rarely ever happy. And who can control every living person and what they really think? And even if they could silence those who don’t see their greatness, their efforts will fail because the woke themselves are not delusional. Fundamentally, they are narcissistic, not delusional. And a peculiarity of narcissism is that while narcissists believe they are great, they are aware that this greatness isn’t reflected in reality. And at the end of the day, that’s what the woke want — to change reality. And yet, scarily, the woke seem to think if they can get 100% compliance to their version of reality — even if they have to kill to do it, then they can alter reality. But they can’t. The only Being who has the power to alter reality with a word is God. And reality will always be whatever God says it is.

The War on Moderation

Just like the Weimar Republic allowed itself to be browbeaten into submission by the radical left and eventually annihilated by the radical right in the 1930s, our US government’s moderates are at risk of going the way of the dinosaurs. Moderates on both the right and the left are caving to the will of bullying extremists on both sides of the aisle, despite the fact that the moderates are in fact a majority in the legislature as well as the majority in the general population.

In our current time, these radical fringe groups, both left and right, are in agreement on one thing. They want to weaken and then destroy the existing moderate representational government and replace it with an authoritarian one, which will exercise total control over the population. Once the existing representational government is destroyed, then they will battle it out for which, left or right, will be the flavor of the day for authoritarianism. David Winner states in the subtitle of his article, “How the left enabled fascism” that “Ernst Thälmann, leader of Germany’s radical left in the last years of the Weimar Republic, thought the centre left was a greater danger than the right. We should remember his miscalculation.” (Winner, 2021) Just like the left in the Weimar Republic, radicals on both sides would rather see an authoritarian government of some kind than a moderate representational government that represents the people. “For strategic reasons, however, he was willing to help them achieve a key part of their dream, which he shared. The dream was to break the loathsome old liberal order. Such a break, reasoned the leader, would create conditions under which the left would sweep to power and transform the country for the better.” (Winner, 2021) Yet, both sides in the US seem to take for granted that they will come out on top of any power struggle. “Thälmann and the KPD regarded fascists and Nazis as products and tools of capitalism. Since social democrats were also capitalists, it followed that social democracy, fascism and Nazism were simply different facets of the same oppression. To further the dream of a Soviet Germany, the party was willing to help the Nazis destroy democracy, thinking it could beat the Nazis easily in the aftermath.” (Winner, 2021)

Clearly both sides are invested in seeing that the general population doesn’t have a voice or a say in their own lives. Our will is to be replaced by their will. We will be forced to listen to and obey a third party if they have their way.

What the people behind the woke movement have been pushing isn’t democracy as it was understood in the US — which is a representational government based on principle — but rather mob rule. The thought is that you eke your way into power and then you can overthrow any representational government and replace it with an authoritarian one that caters to the woke ideology.

The woke are responsible for starting this latest push toward authoritarianism. Part of their ideology is the belief that they are justified in forcing their social ideology on every living person. Only they believed that they would be able to seal the deal and consolidate their power by now. But for whatever reason, it hasn’t happened. Now it finally occurs to them that power could be given back to those who they trespassed against, and they are panic-stricken as a result. Meanwhile, those they have been open to persecuting the last three years are considering going authoritarian themselves and rule over their enemies the way the woke have tried to do these past three years to them. Some members of both groups have become convinced that their survival is at stake, and the only way to save themselves is to “win.” That is what the propaganda is pushing. As in the Weimar Republic, “In the 1930s, fear of Bolshevism persuaded many middle-class Germans to support Hitler (and led the Catholic Church to throw in its lot with fascism in Italy, Spain and elsewhere).” (Winner, 2021)

If the government does go authoritarian, I’m not sure which faction will come out on top. But I know those who will win are the globalists, and those who will lose are the rest of us. For the globalists will have torn down the strongest representational government in the world and replaced it with an authoritarian tyranny that they will be in a unique position to control.

The problem is we can’t see beyond the false dichotomy that you have to choose between left or right authoritarianism or become a victim of the other side. But there’s always a third way. And that way is God. He’s the One who can empower people to stand up to this mess and restore our ability to exercise our own free will again. And the only way to reconcile with God is through repentance, following His will and His standards, and through accepting the sacrifice of His Messiah Jesus Christ.
